Delivery
Delivery within Russia — CDEK to a pickup point or by courier. The cost is calculated automatically at checkout after you select the city and delivery method.
Courier delivery within Moscow’s MKAD ring road — 850 RUB. Collection from the Moscow showroom — free, by appointment.
International delivery is calculated individually. We will agree the cost and terms before you pay for your order.
Fittings & Collection
Fittings at our Moscow showroom are available by appointment.
Showroom collection is free. After you place an order, the brand team will contact you to arrange a time for your visit.
Payment & Returns
Payment methods: by bank card on the website, the Faster Payments System (SBP), SberBank Online or the “Dolyami” service.
When collecting your order, you can pay at the showroom by QR code to the brand’s bank account. If you choose to pay at the showroom, items are reserved for 3 days from the date the order is placed.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The customer pays the return shipping costs.
Care
Wash and iron using settings suitable for cotton. The brand’s garment care recommendations are available in a separate section.
